The house.
The garage.
The next step.
We handle the physical removal work so the property can move toward sale, transfer or renovation. You identify the belongings that stay; we build the removal scope around that.
- Household contents, furniture and appliances
- Basements, garages, barns and exterior debris
- Written scope and scheduled access
- Progress and completion photos on request
Out of the area?
Keep the project close.
With clear access and instructions from the authorized contact, the project can be coordinated by phone, email and photos. Important paperwork, valuables and sentimental items should be identified before cleanout work begins.
Who authorizes the cleanout?
We confirm that the person approving the work has authority over the property and contents. An appointed fiduciary or properly authorized representative should provide the instructions.
Can you work with the attorney or realtor?
Yes. Tell us who should receive the written scope, progress updates and completion photos.
Can unwanted structures be removed too?
Ask for a separate demolition scope. Utility, permit, structural and environmental requirements must be addressed before structure removal.
